CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full payment is due up front for Cage Rentals.

• FREE Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to reservation.

• Same-Day Cancellations will be given a credit towards a future booking.

• No credit for NO-SHOWS.

• For Memberships and Packages, FREE cancellation up to 12 hours prior to reservation.

  • If you cancel your package appointment within 12 hours you will forfeit one cage rental.

  • If you cancel your membership appointment within 12 hours you will be charged a $20 fee.
